Common faults of the KAF77-35.20-B-4KW reducer during operation
The common faults of KAF77 reducer during operation are as follows:Gear wear
Reason: Long term load operation, poor lubrication, poor gear material, insufficient installation accuracy, etc. can all lead to gear wear.

Performance: Abnormal noise occurs during the operation of the reducer, reducing transmission efficiency, and in severe cases, it can cause damage to the gear teeth and prevent normal power transmission.
Bearing damage
Reason: Excessive bearing load, insufficient lubrication, improper installation, long-term fatigue during operation, and other factors can easily cause bearing damage.
Performance: The gearbox will produce vibration, temperature rise, and abnormal noise during operation. In severe cases, it may cause the gearbox to jam and fail to operate normally.
Oil leakage
Reason: Aging and damage of seals, loose joint surface of the box, high oil level, blocked ventilation holes, etc. may all cause oil leakage.
Performance: There are oil stains on the reducer housing, and the oil level gradually decreases, which not only pollutes the equipment and working environment, but may also cause damage to internal parts due to lack of oil.
Abnormal fever
Reason: Excessive load, poor heat dissipation, excessive or insufficient lubricating grease, poor gear meshing, etc. can all cause abnormal heating of the gearbox.
Performance: If the temperature of the gearbox housing is too high, exceeding the normal operating temperature range (usually 40-60 ℃), it can seriously reduce the performance of the lubricating oil and affect the normal operation of the gearbox.
Excessive noise
Reason: In addition to gear wear and bearing damage causing noise, noise can also be generated by poorly installed gearboxes, uneven foundations, poor gear meshing, insufficient or deteriorated lubricating oil, etc.
Performance: During operation, the gearbox emits harsh, sharp, or irregular noise, which affects the working environment and may also be a warning signal of equipment failure.
Transmission failure
Reason: Gear breakage, loose key connections, and damaged couplings can all lead to transmission failure.
Performance: The reducer cannot transmit power to the load normally, and the load equipment cannot operate normally, affecting the entire production process.
