Real emergency response case of SA67-Y3-19.8-M1-1 reducer (hard tooth surface, 3kW, speed ratio 19.8, horizontal M1) in high temperature environment (>40 ℃) or operation exceeding the temperature limit:Case 1: Poor heat dissipation in a closed workshop during summer (yellow → orange warning)
1、 Basic Information
Equipment: SA67-Y3-19.8-M1-1, driven by conveyor line, continuous operation
Environment: Closed workshop, summer ambient temperature of 42-45 ℃, no forced ventilation
Warning: Oil temperature 76 ℃, shell 82 ℃, motor winding 125 ℃ (orange warning), temperature rise 12 ℃/h
2、 Emergency response (executed according to the plan)
Emergency cooling (within 10 minutes)
Clean the dust accumulation on the heat dissipation ribs and motor fan cover (high-pressure air gun 0.4MPa)
Install 2 120mm axial flow fans (air volume 15m ³/h) for direct blowing of the box and motor
Open the workshop side window and temporary exhaust fan, the local environment drops to 38 ℃

Adjustment of working conditions
Load drops to 75% of rated, run for 30 minutes, stop for 5 minutes
Check motor current: from 6.8A to 5.9A (rated at 6.1A)
Lubrication verification
The oil level is at the center line of the oil gauge, and the oil is not blackened; Do not change the oil temporarily, shorten the inspection to 30 minutes per time
3、 Disposal effect
30 minutes later: Oil temperature drops to 70 ℃, shell 76 ℃, motor 118 ℃ (yellow warning)
2 hours later: oil temperature stabilizes at 62 ℃, shell at 68 ℃, motor at 110 ℃ (normal)
Long term improvement: installation of fixed axial flow fan+workshop ventilation renovation, no overheating in summer
Case 2: High temperature overload+deterioration of ordinary lubricating oil (orange → red warning)
1、 Basic Information
Equipment: SA67-Y3-19.8-M1-1, roller conveyor, summer environment 43 ℃, continuous full load
Warning: Oil temperature 81 ℃, shell 86 ℃, motor 132 ℃ (red warning), oil has a burnt smell and slight abnormal noise
2、 Emergency response (emergency shutdown+comprehensive repair)
Emergency stop (5 minutes)
Cut off the power, record the temperature and operating time, and cool naturally to below 60 ℃
Thoroughly rectify the lubrication system (core)
Drain the old oil (46 # mineral oil), clean the oil tank and oil circuit
The oil level should be controlled below the centerline of the oil gauge
The oil change cycle has been shortened from 2000h to 1000h
Heat dissipation enhancement
Spray high radiation heat dissipation coating (cooling about 8 ℃)
Install a miniature air-cooled oil cooler (compatible with SA67 low flow)
Load and monitoring
Long term load control within 80%
Install PT100 oil temperature sensor, set 75 ℃ alarm and 80 ℃ shutdown
