What are the specific contents and standards for checking the bearings of DCYK160-50-4 reducer

The specific content and standards of DCYK160-50-4 reducer bearing inspection are similar to general reducer bearing inspection, mainly including appearance, clearance, lubrication, etc., as follows:

Appearance inspection: Check the surface of the bearing for wear, discoloration, cracks, peeling, and other phenomena. If such problems exist, it indicates that the bearing may have abnormalities and needs to be replaced and repaired in a timely manner. At the same time, check whether the surface of the bearing seat is flat and smooth, whether there are defects such as cracks and damage, and whether the bolts of the bearing seat are tightened and loose.

Gap measurement:

Shaft and radial clearance: Shake the bearing and measure the shaft and radial clearance. The normal range is generally 0.02-0.2mm. If it exceeds this range, it may affect the normal operation of the bearing and require further inspection or replacement.

Installation joint clearance: Measure the clearance between the bearing and the shaft installation joint with a micrometer. The conventional fitting size should add 0.02-0.05mm to the outer circle. If it exceeds the range, it should be repaired.

Axial clearance: The axial clearance of angular contact bearings is generally 0.04-0.1mm, and the axial clearance of cylindrical (tapered) roller bearings is generally 0.05-0.18mm. For bearings with non adjustable clearance (such as deep groove ball bearings), the axial clearance is usually 0.25-0.4mm.

Internal component inspection: When conditions permit, the bearing can be disassembled to check the wear and lubrication status of internal raceways, rolling elements, retainers, and other components. Check for spots and annealing conditions. If the wear is severe or the lubrication is poor, it needs to be treated or replaced.

Lubrication condition inspection: Check the lubricating grease condition of the bearings to ensure that they are filled with lubricating grease and that there are no issues such as deterioration or contamination. For bearings that require lubricating grease, the injection amount should be half of the bearing cavity.

Installation status inspection: The end faces of the inner and outer rings of the bearing should generally be close to the shaft shoulder and inner hole shoulder, and the cone and thrust bearings should generally not exceed 0.05mm, while others should not exceed 0.1mm. After the bearing is installed, the outer circle should be in uniform contact with the inner hole of the shell, and the interference fit is generally between 0.02-0.05mm.
