Oil change cycle: The first oil change for a new machine takes 300 hours, followed by 2000-3000 hours per year.
Special requirement: Circulating lubrication requires monitoring of pump pressure difference and filter cleaning.
2. Type: Cycloid pinwheel
Oil type: Horizontal oil bath (VG220~320 gear oil), vertical small use 2 # lithium grease; Independently lubricated motor bearings are greased separately.
Refueling volume control: Oil bath: volume 1/3~1/2; Lubricating grease: Bearing space 1/2~2/3.
Oil change cycle: The first change of the new machine takes 150-300 hours, followed by 6-12 months; Gently move 3-5 times to infiltrate the upper needle teeth.
Special requirement: The oil level of the shared oil tank type should cover 1/2 of the inner ring of the motor bearing.

3. Type: Worm Gear Worm
Oil type: specialized oil for copper worm gears (VG220~680), low viscosity grease/oil for plastic worm gears; Avoid damaging copper parts with sulfur-containing extreme pressure agents.
Refueling amount control: The oil level should be maintained at the centerline of the fuel window (1/2 of the radius of the worm gear), and should not be lower than 1/3 or higher than 2/3.
