The application of planetary reducer in robots

The gearbox is a widely used industrial product, and its performance can be comparable to other military grade gearbox products. And the price and planetary reducers, these two countries with industrial grade products, are widely used in East and North China regions and industrial occasions. It can also be used as a support component for industries such as lifting, excavation, transportation, and construction. The application of planetary reducers in robots is as follows.

The working principle of a planetary reducer is to tightly combine an inner gear ring (a) with the gearbox casing, with a sun gear (b) driven by external power in the middle of the gear ring. Between them, there is a set of planetary gears composed of three equally combined gears on a tray. The planetary gear floats depending on the output shaft, inner gear ring, and sun gear bracket. When the sun gear is driven by the power on the input side, the planetary reducer can drive the planetary gear to rotate around the trajectory of the inner ring gear. The rotation of Youxing drives the output shaft connected to the tray to output power.

1. The reducer has high accuracy in arc division, which makes the robot more flexible.

2. The planetary reducer ensures high speed requirements and fast acceleration in industrial applications, and is accurate.

3. The low wear design scheme of the reducer ensures the reliability and service life of the application, and can operate smoothly for a long time.

4. Unlike the compact design of the gearbox, it is very compact and easy to use by various limited space robots.

5. The efficiency has been optimized, with a transmission efficiency ratio of over 98%, thereby reducing the power required to drive the tool holder motor reducer.

6. The design concept of equipment processing and advanced equal division structure, with equal weight sharing structure, have solved the problem of planetary gears, eliminated gear noise, and eliminated the noise caused by load changes.

Because the design pursues the equal division structure of planetary gears, it can generate greater torque. Meanwhile, by combining standard gear units, planetary reducers can quickly obtain various reduction ratios.
