            Dot-line meshing gear transmission is a brand-new transmission type. It was listed as the key technology promotion project of the National·Ninth Five-Year Plan in September 1999. The point-line meshing gear is another one after the involute gear and the circular gear. A new type of gear-DQJ, DQJD series point-and-line gear reducer. It is our company's point-to-line gear transmission technology applied to the medium-hard tooth surface crane reducer.             Its basic features are:

            Second, the performance characteristics


            The point line meshing gear has the involute line meshing and the point meshing of the involute convex tooth profile and the transition curve concave tooth profile contact. Therefore, the reducer has the advantages of both the involute gear and the arc gear.

            1) High carrying capacity. It is 1-2 times better than the same involute gear reducer. Pass the same power. Specifications can be small 2 files. The weight can be reduced by nearly half.

            2) Due to the involute line meshing of the teeth and the concave tooth profile are also generated by the formation. Therefore, the gear has a separable, 睦. The center distance error and the cutting depth error do not affect the transmission and strength. This feature is superior to arc gears.

            3) High strength. Under normal manufacturing precision, it is easy to achieve 100% tooth width. The contact tooth distribution is relatively uniform, and the gear teeth will not break. The destructive test shows that the gear tooth break type breaks along the entire tooth width at the 30°C tangent. . This performance is superior to involute gears and arc gears.

            4) The noise is low. Because the gear teeth mesh with the end face coincidence degree and the axial coincidence degree, the total coincidence degree is large. High contact accuracy, smooth operation, noise can be 5-10dB lower than the inaccurate gear reducer of the same precision (A) {comparable to the involute gear reducer with 6-precision grinding teeth). And the higher the load, the lower the noise [full load can be 2-3dB (A) lower than the light load]}. The reason for the low noise of the point line meshing gear is that in addition to the large total coincidence degree, there are factors such as low meshing rigidity and small meshing angle.

            5) It is easy to form oil film when used for reduction drive. Friction and wear under working conditions. long lasting.

            6) High transmission efficiency. The single level can reach more than 98%, and the second level can reach more than 97%.

            The shape of the DQJ (DQJD) series reducer is the same as that of the QJ (QJD) series. From the conservative point of view, the load capacity can be increased by one gear, and the same power can be transmitted, and the weight can be reduced by about 30%. At the same time, for the convenience of selection. The nominal transmission ratio has been extended from the original R10 series to the R20 series.
