Planetary gear reducer NGW is a hardened gear gear shaft with carburizing and grinding. It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, low noise, small volume, light weight, high efficiency and long service life.
Use maintenance:
1. The reducer should be installed securely to prevent vibration. When installing, carefully adjust the coaxiality and parallelism of the output and input connection with the host;
2. After installation, the required lubricating oil must be injected and the oil level reaches the specified height.
3 Before the official use, turn by hand, the reducer must be flexible, no stuck, and then carry out no-load operation, the time should not be less than 2h, the operation should be smooth, no impact, vibration and oil leakage;
4. The reducer is not allowed to operate for a long time, and the short-term peak load is not more than twice the rated load.
