How to improve the lubrication method of high-power reducer

The main role of lubricating oil in gear transmission is to reduce friction and wear between different bearings, such as ball bearings, ball bearings, rolling bearings, rolling bearings, needle bearings and mechanical transmission components, and reduce frictional resistance between component contact surfaces , reduce energy consumption, improve the transmission efficiency of the machine, prolong the service life of each component, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. At the same time, lubricating oil can also play the role of absorbing vibration in the reducer, cooling, cooling, heat dissipation, preventing rust and reducing noise.


 Among them, the lubrication of the high-power reducer is not only the basic guarantee for its normal operation, but also a link that is prone to failure. It accounts for about 25% of failures. Therefore, in order to further improve the working efficiency and carrying capacity of the high-power reducer, its lubrication method has been improved and perfected. In a high-power reducer that needs to be equipped with a pressure lubrication system, the filter is an important part of the lubrication system. Its original single-cylinder filter has a certain limitation on the lubrication effect. Therefore, it is recommended to replace it with a convenient and simple structure. Duplex filters use one set of jobs and one set of backup methods to avoid problems such as oil deterioration or gear wear due to clogged filter elements. 


At the same time, considering that the operation of the high-power reducer will increase the temperature of the gear and the temperature of the lubricating oil, it is recommended to replace the plate cooler with a pipe with better cooling effect when cooling. This condition allows the Type cooler to maintain the viscosity of the lubricating oil by improving the cooling effect, thus ensuring the lubricating effect.
