Anchor bolt: The bolt is not loose or corroded, and the tightening torque meets the design value (M16 bolt torque 180-220N · m). The bolt and nut fit without slipping teeth, and the flat washer and spring washer are complete and not faulty.
3. Operating status monitoring standards
Vibration index: The vibration speed of the coupling part is ≤ 2.8mm/s (in accordance with ISO 10816 equipment vibration standard), there is no obvious abnormal shaking, and the vibration frequency does not have significant fluctuations synchronized with the speed.
Temperature index: The temperature rise of the coupling, motor bearing, and input shaft bearing of the reducer is ≤ 40 ℃ (relative to the ambient temperature), the maximum working temperature is ≤ 80 ℃, and there is no local overheating phenomenon.
Noise index: There is no periodic impact sound or sharp whistling sound during operation, and the noise value is ≤ 85dB (detected at a distance of 1m from the equipment).
