Detailed introduction to the parallelism adjustment method between the reducer and the motor

When connecting the reducer, check if the centerline of the motor is the same as the centerline. And the machine equipment dial indicator, rotate the reducer and connect it once, and record the dial indicator at the left and right two points. (If the gearbox is not suitable for rotation, it is possible to connect the magnetic base equipment to the motor and then rotate the motor shaft.)
Measure the difference between the left and right points of the micrometer. Add a thick sealing ring in the area where the four screws of the motor are threaded, with an edge value of 0.10-0.15mm. Experience is the time of the dial indicator, and an attack is caused by the motor foot screw not being tightened.
In the case of insufficient stiffness acceptance or compensation, the temperature difference and intermittency of the gearbox and mechanical equipment with seat bearings during operation are significant, along with the high-speed operation of the equipment. The requirements are calculated based on the working experience of the gearbox and seat bearings. During the actual operation period, the increase in temperature causes an increase in the height to width ratio of the nest.
There are many types of couplings, which can be divided into movable couplings based on the transformation of the relative parts of the coupling and the relative parts of the two shafts. Suitable for areas where two axes are strictly aligned at both ends and are not prone to relative displacement during operation. This structure is generally simple and easy to manufacture, and the instantaneous speed transmission ratio of the two shafts is the same. The key is the flange coupling and sleeve specification connector. Shafts, casing couplings, etc. Movable coupling, suitable for areas with skewed or relative displacement during two axis operation, can be divided into stiffness themed active coupling and ductility themed active coupling based on compensation displacement.
