How to choose the ZLYJ133-12.5 hard tooth surface reducer ZLYJ series reducer suitable for my equipment

When choosing a ZLYJ133 reducer suitable for the equipment, the following aspects need to be considered:

Clarify the working requirements of the equipment

Power requirement: The input power required by a computing device, typically with specific power requirements for plastic, rubber extruders, and other equipment. The adaptive power of ZLYJ133 reducer is generally around 5-10KW, but there may be slight differences among different manufacturers. Ensure that the selected gearbox can meet the power requirements of the equipment during normal operation and possible overload situations.

Speed requirement: Determine the input speed and required output speed of the equipment. The high-speed shaft speed of ZLYJ133 reducer shall not exceed 1500 revolutions per minute. According to the working speed requirements of the equipment and the reduction ratio range of the reducer (usually 8-20 transmission ratio), the appropriate reduction ratio shall be selected to obtain the desired output speed.

Torque requirement: Calculate the torque required by the device during operation, especially during startup, shutdown, and load changes. The allowable torque of ZLYJ133 reducer is an important indicator to ensure that the reducer can withstand the torque transmitted by the equipment and avoid overload damage.

Axial thrust: If the screws and other components of the equipment generate significant axial thrust during operation, the ZLYJ133 reducer is equipped with large-sized thrust bearings at the front end of the hollow output shaft, which can withstand a certain amount of axial thrust. However, the appropriate model needs to be selected based on the actual axial thrust to ensure reliable operation of the reducer.

2. Consider the working environment conditions

Temperature: The working environment temperature of ZLYJ133 reducer is generally -40 ℃ to 45 ℃. If the ambient temperature exceeds this range, it may be necessary to choose a gearbox with special cooling or heating devices, or take corresponding measures to regulate the ambient temperature.

Humidity and corrosiveness: If the working environment has high humidity or the presence of corrosive gases, liquids, etc., it is necessary to choose a gearbox with good protection level, such as using oil seals with better sealing performance and anti-corrosion treatment on the shell, to prevent the internal parts of the gearbox from being corroded and affecting its service life.

Space layout: Considering the installation space of the equipment, the ZLYJ133 reducer has a compact structure, but different installation forms (such as horizontal, vertical, etc.) and sizes may vary. It is necessary to select a suitable installation form and size of the reducer according to the specific structure and installation position of the equipment, to ensure that it can be installed smoothly and cooperate well with other components.

3. Combining the performance characteristics of the gearbox

Transmission efficiency: ZLYJ133 reducer has high transmission efficiency, which can effectively reduce energy loss and lower operating costs. When selecting, you can refer to the transmission efficiency data provided by the manufacturer and choose products with higher efficiency.
