How to determine whether the ZSY200-22.4-2 reducer is operating normally after installation
After the installation of ZSY200-22.4-2 reducer, its normal operation can be judged by the following aspects:Temperature monitoring: During normal operation, the temperature of the gearbox usually does not exceed 50 ℃. You can roughly feel the temperature by touching the casing with your hand. If the temperature exceeds 80 ℃, stop the machine immediately to investigate the cause. Infrared thermometers or thermal imagers can also be used to measure and locate localized overheating areas.

Lubrication system inspection: After shutting down and cooling down, check the oil level gauge to confirm that the oil level is between the upper and lower limits. Observe whether the lubricating oil is turbid or has impurities, and if necessary, take samples for spectral analysis to detect the content of metal particles and determine whether the oil quality is good. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the lubricating grease used meets the requirements of the gearbox and prohibit the mixing of different greases.
Vibration and noise diagnosis: The sound of a normally operating gearbox is smooth, with a continuous low humming sound. If there is a sharp and piercing sound, it may be due to gear wear or tooth surface damage; If there is an irregular impact sound, it may be due to loose internal parts or foreign objects entering. In addition, the normal vibration of the gearbox is very small and uniform. If the vibration intensifies significantly, it may be due to installation problems or internal component damage. A vibration sensor can be used to measure the amplitude and determine if there is any abnormality.
Leakage and appearance inspection: Focus on observing whether there is oil leakage at the joint surface and shaft seal of the box body. At the same time, after cleaning the surface oil stains, check the casing for cracks, deformation, or rust to ensure the structural strength and sealing of the reducer are good.
Check the status of connecting components: Check whether the anchor bolts, coupling connecting bolts, etc. are loose to prevent increased vibration or equipment displacement caused by loose bolts. In addition, it is necessary to confirm that the coupling is not worn or deformed to ensure stable torque transmission.
Output speed and torque inspection: Under rated load and input speed, the reducer should have a stable output speed and torque that meets the design specifications. The normal output parameter range can be determined by checking the equipment technical manual. If the output speed is significantly lower than the design value or the output torque is insufficient, it may be caused by severe internal gear wear, insufficient motor power, or damage to other parts.
