How to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data in the load test of NGW101-3.15 planetary gearbox

In the load test of NGW101-3.15 planetary gear reducer, the accuracy and reliability of the data can be ensured by the following methods:

Selection and calibration of testing equipment:

Choose high-precision sensors: such as using high-precision torque speed sensors and temperature sensors to monitor the operating parameters of the gearbox in real time. Ensure that the torque measurement range and speed measurement range meet the testing requirements, and that the temperature measurement accuracy reaches a high level.

Regularly calibrate equipment: Regularly calibrate testing instruments to ensure the accuracy of measuring instruments. If the instrument is used within the calibration validity period and has been repaired or not used for a long time, it needs to be recalibrated before being put into testing.

Control of testing environment and installation:

Stable environmental conditions: Strictly control the environmental conditions during the testing process to avoid external interference. For example, maintain stable temperature and humidity in the testing environment, and avoid testing in environments with strong magnetic fields and vibrations.

Correct installation of gearbox: Ensure that the gearbox is installed firmly and the foundation is flat and stable. The connection between the input shaft and the power source, as well as the output shaft and the load equipment, should be accurate to ensure that the coaxiality meets the requirements and avoid additional stress and vibration caused by improper installation, which may affect the test data.

Control of loading method and process:

Adopting a step-by-step loading method: Load testing should be conducted in a step-by-step manner. Before adding each load level, the meshing condition and contact accuracy of the tooth surface should be checked to ensure that they are better than the previous load level. Only after the oil pool temperature has stabilized can the next level of loading be allowed until it reaches 100% of the rated load.

Ensure loading continuity: The step-by-step loading operation should be continuous and uninterrupted. When interruption is required, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature of the oil tank at startup is equal to the temperature at shutdown, in order to ensure that the temperature rise of the oil tank is stable in a short period of time and that the test data can truly reflect the performance of the gearbox under different loads.

Standardization of data collection and processing:

Real time data collection: Using an automated data collection system, various data during the operation of the gearbox are collected in real time, including torque, speed, temperature, vibration, etc., to avoid errors caused by manual readings.

Reasonable data processing: Adopt appropriate data processing methods, such as histogram method, equivalent load method, etc., to analyze and process the collected data, reduce the influence of data noise and outliers, and ensure the accuracy of the analysis results. At the same time, the original data should be retained for subsequent review and verification.
