1、 Core transformation tools

Torque wrench (range 20-100N · m): used for disassembling/installing key components such as gearbox end caps and bearing seats. It needs to match the torque requirements of M8-M16 bolts to ensure connection tightness and avoid thread damage. It is the core tool for controlling assembly accuracy in the transformation.

Hexagonal wrench set (specification 2-14mm): Suitable for small hexagonal bolts such as gearbox base and lubrication pipeline fixing seat, CR-V material (chrome vanadium steel) should be selected, with high strength and wear resistance, meeting the needs of repeated disassembly and assembly.

Puller (5-10 ton hydraulic type): Used for disassembling interference fit components such as output shaft bearings and cycloidal gears of reducers. The hydraulic drive method can evenly apply force to avoid deformation of parts caused by mechanical impact, and is compatible with the shaft diameter specifications of 15 series reducers (about 30-40mm).

Sealing gun (manual/pneumatic universal type): used for applying flat sealing glue, it needs to support 310ml standard sealing rubber hose, with uniform and controllable dispensing to ensure that there is no leakage at the joint surface between the reducer end cover and the lubricating oil tank, and adapt to the sealing requirements of the modified sealing structure.

Oil pipe cutter (diameter 6-16mm): used for cutting hydraulic oil pipes or lubricating grease pipelines, using a rotary cutting method to ensure a smooth and burr free cut, avoiding oil circuit blockage caused by residual impurities on the inner wall of the pipeline, and matching the commonly used diameter of the modified lubricating pipeline.

Pressure gauge (range 0-1.6 MPa, accuracy level 0.4): Used to detect the oil supply pressure of the modified lubrication system, it needs to have shockproof function and clear scale, and monitor in real time whether the output pressure of the oil pump meets the design value (usually 0.3-0.8 MPa) to ensure lubrication effect.

Ultrasonic cleaning machine (capacity 10L, power 500W): used to clean the gearbox housing, gears, bearings and other components, remove existing oil stains and impurities, avoid contamination of the newly modified lubrication system, and ensure smooth circulation of lubricating oil.

Electric hand drill+Fried Dough Twists drill (specification 4-12mm): it is used to drill holes on the reducer housing or oil tank, install grease fittings, pressure gauge interfaces or oil pipe connectors. The drill bit must be made of high-speed steel, adapt to the drilling requirements of cast iron/steel housing, and ensure accurate hole diameter.

2、 Key renovation materials

Special cycloidal pinwheel reducer lubricating oil (ISO VG 150/220): using extreme pressure anti-wear lubricating oil, suitable for 1.5KW motor speed (1450r/min) and 11 level transmission ratio working conditions, with good high and low temperature stability (-20 ℃~120 ℃) and emulsion resistance, can effectively reduce the wear of gears and needle teeth.
