How to effectively inspect and maintain the reducer: It is forbidden to mix different lubricants with each other. The position of the oil level plug, oil drain plug and breather is determined by the installation position. 

There relative positions can be determined by referring to the installation position diagram of the reducer. The following reducer manufacturers mainly introduce oil replacement, oil level inspection, reducer with oil level plug, oil inspection, etc. One, slow down with the oil level plug Check the oil level and pass the test; install the oil level plug. Second, replace the engine oil. 

After cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and the oil is difficult to discharge. The reducer should change the oil at the working temperature. Turn off the power to prevent electric shock! Wait for the reducer to cool down without risk of burning! Three, matters needing attention Inject new oil of the same grade; The amount of oil should be consistent with the installation position; Check the oil level of the oil level plug; Tighten the oil level plug and the ventilator; When changing the oil, the reducer should still be kept warm; Put an oil pan; open the oil level plug, vent and drain plug; remove all grease; install the drain plug. 

Fourth, check the oil level Turn off the power to prevent electric shock! Wait for the reducer to cool down; Remove the oil level plug to check whether the oil is full; Install the oil level plug. Five, oil inspection Turn off the power to prevent electric shock! Wait for the reducer to cool down; open the oil drain plug and take an oil sample; check the oil viscosity index; if the oil is cloudy, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible.
