Daily maintenance focus of NBZD560-71-1 planetary gear reducer
The core vulnerable parts of planetary gearboxes are planetary gears, sun gears, and bearings, and daily maintenance requires targeted protection:1. Regular inspection and oil change
Oil level and quality: Check the oil level once a week and the oil quality once a month (observe the oil color, if it turns black, has impurities, or emulsifies, it needs to be replaced immediately).
Oil change cycle: New oil needs to be replaced after the first 300 hours of operation, and then changed every 2000-2500 hours thereafter (in harsh working conditions such as dust and high temperature environments, it needs to be shortened to 1500 hours).

2. Key component status monitoring
Vibration and noise: Monitor the output vibration with a vibration detector every month, and the amplitude should be ≤ 0.08mm. If there is periodic noise or sudden increase in vibration, it may be due to planetary gear wear or excessive bearing clearance, and the machine needs to be stopped for disassembly and inspection.
Seal inspection: Check the input/output oil seals and flange sealing surfaces every quarter. If there is oil leakage, replace the seals in a timely manner (clean the residual oil stains in the sealing groove and apply sealant to enhance sealing).
3. Abnormal situation handling
If there is a sudden increase in oil temperature (over 95 ℃) during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately to investigate whether it is due to low oil level, blocked oil circuit, or overload load.
If the output shaft torque is insufficient or the speed is abnormal, it is necessary to check the meshing between the sun gear and the planetary gear, whether there is tooth surface wear or broken teeth, to avoid overall damage caused by forced operation.
