When an abnormal noise is detected in the ZSY200-56-I gear reducer, how should maintenance be carried out?

When abnormal noise is found in the ZSY200-56-I gear reducer, the following steps can be followed for maintenance:

1. Immediate shutdown inspection: If any abnormal noise is found in the gearbox, the equipment should be stopped as soon as possible to avoid further damage caused by continuing to operate in an abnormal state. At the same time, cut off the power to ensure safety during inspection and maintenance processes.

2. Appearance inspection: Carefully inspect whether the casing of the reducer is damaged or deformed, whether the connecting bolts are loose, and whether the oil gauge, oil plug, and other components are normal. If there are loose bolts, appropriate tools should be used to tighten them to the specified torque; For damaged or deformed shells, they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

3. Check the lubricating oil: Check if the oil level is within the normal range and if the oil quality is good. If the oil level is too low, add lubricating oil of the same model to the appropriate level; If the oil quality deteriorates, such as blackening, impurities or emulsification, it is necessary to replace the lubricating oil in a timely manner and clean the inside of the reducer to remove impurities and oil stains.

4. Check the gears: Open the gearbox cover and observe whether there is wear, pitting, peeling, cracking, or other damage on the gear teeth. For minor wear and pitting, it can be repaired through methods such as grinding and polishing; If the damage is severe, such as extensive peeling or cracking, a new gear needs to be replaced. At the same time, check the meshing condition of the gears, measure the tooth flank clearance and tooth top clearance to ensure that they meet the design requirements. If the gap is too large or too small, it can be solved by adjusting the installation position of the gear or replacing the relevant adjustment gasket.

5. Check bearings: Check the appearance of the bearings, inspect the rolling elements and raceways for defects such as wear, cracks, and pitting, rotate the bearings by hand, and feel whether they rotate flexibly, whether there is any jamming or abnormal resistance. For damaged bearings, it is necessary to replace them with new bearings of the same model and specification in a timely manner. When installing bearings, attention should be paid to the installation method and accuracy to ensure that the bearings are installed in place and avoid new problems caused by improper installation.

6. Check the gear shaft: Check if the gear shaft is bent or deformed, and if there is wear on the shaft neck. For slight bending deformation, straightening method can be used for repair; If the journal is worn, the size of the journal can be increased by electroplating, spraying, or other methods, and then ground to meet the specified accuracy requirements. At the same time, check if the key connection is loose. If it is loose, replace the key with a new one or repair the keyway.

7. Check the coupling: Check if the connecting bolts of the coupling are loose and if the elastic components are damaged. If there are loose bolts, they should be tightened in a timely manner; If the elastic element is damaged, the corresponding elastic element needs to be replaced. In addition, it is necessary to check the concentricity and perpendicularity of the coupling to ensure that its installation accuracy meets the requirements, in order to avoid abnormal noise and vibration caused by improper installation of the coupling.
