What are the other adjustment methods for XLE8215A-273 cycloidal pinwheel reducer besides eccentric sleeve adjustment method

In addition to the eccentric sleeve adjustment method, XLE8215A-273 cycloidal pinwheel reducer can also use gasket adjustment method, eccentric shaft replacement method, axial clearance adjustment method, and concentricity adjustment method, as follows:

Shim adjustment method: By changing the number or thickness of shims between the bearing and the shaft or between the bearing and the bearing seat, the eccentricity can be fine tuned, thereby changing the motion trajectory of the cycloid wheel. When operating, first disassemble the relevant components and remove the gasket, measure its thickness, then add or reduce gaskets or replace gaskets of different thicknesses according to adjustment requirements, and finally reinstall the components to ensure that the gasket is placed flat.

Replacing the eccentric shaft method: If the eccentric bearing is installed on the eccentric shaft, the connecting components related to the eccentric shaft can be disassembled, the original eccentric shaft can be removed, and replaced with a suitable eccentric shaft with different eccentricities, thereby changing the motion trajectory of the cycloid wheel. Please note that the size, accuracy, material, etc. of the new eccentric shaft should match other components of the gearbox. During installation, ensure accurate positioning and firm connection.

Axial clearance adjustment method: While ensuring that the input shaft and output shaft are aligned with the connected equipment, the axial clearance of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer can be adjusted by loosening the coupling bolts or appropriately pushing and pulling the bearings, which can prevent abnormal operation of the equipment due to excessive or insufficient axial clearance and ensure normal transmission of the reducer.

Concentricity adjustment method: When the reducer is connected to the transmission shaft, a level and a ruler can be used to measure the concentricity between the two. According to the measurement results, loosen the installation bolts of the reducer, fine tune its position, and then tighten them again. Repeat the operation until the concentricity meets the requirements, which can reduce vibration and wear and ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
