Introduce the working principle of ZLYJ146 reducer

The working principle of ZLYJ146 reducer is to use various levels of gear transmission to achieve the purpose of reducing speed and transmitting torque.

Specifically, electric motors, internal combustion engines, or other high-speed power sources are connected to the input shaft of the gearbox, and the small gears (with fewer teeth) on the input shaft mesh with the large gears on the output shaft. According to the inverse relationship between the gear ratio and the speed ratio, when the input shaft drives the small gear to rotate, the speed of the small gear is transmitted to the large gear through meshing, and the speed of the large gear will be lower than that of the small gear, thereby achieving deceleration. At the same time, the output torque can be increased. The torque output ratio is calculated by multiplying the motor output by the reduction ratio, but cannot exceed the rated torque of the reducer.


ZLYJ146 reducers usually have multi-stage gear pairs, and through this structure, the speed can be further reduced to meet the requirements of different working machines for speed and torque. For example, there may be several pairs of gears of different sizes sequentially transmitted to achieve a more pronounced reduction effect, ultimately outputting the required speed and torque for equipment such as plastic and rubber screw extruders.

In addition, the ZLYJ146 reducer is equipped with a super sized thrust bearing at the front end of the hollow output shaft, which can withstand the axial thrust generated by the screw during operation, ensuring the stability and reliability of the transmission system. At the same time, the high-quality gears and bearings used, as well as a reasonable lubrication and sealing system, help reduce friction and energy loss, improve transmission efficiency, and enable the reducer to operate stably for a long time.
