What other abnormal parameters in the operating parameters of ZJY180-20-S gearbox may indicate that the lubrication system needs to be optimizedion system needs to be optimized
The abnormal parameters that need to be optimized for the lubrication system of ZJY180-20-S (hard tooth helical gear) are as follows, sorted by priority for quick determination and disposal.1、 Temperature related anomalies (most intuitive)
If the temperature at the bearing end is greater than 80 ℃ or the temperature rise is greater than 40 ℃ (normal ≤ 75 ℃), it indicates excessive/insufficient grease, mismatched models, oil film rupture, and poor heat dissipation.

If the oil temperature (oil pool) is greater than 80 ℃ or fluctuates greatly (normal 30~70 ℃), it indicates that the oil viscosity is too high/too low, the oil quantity is inappropriate, the oil quality is deteriorated, and the cooling is ineffective.
If the temperature difference of the shell is greater than 15 ℃ or there is local overheating (greater than 60 ℃), it indicates oil blockage, local oil shortage, and bearing/gear wear.
If the inlet and outlet oil temperature of the cooler drops below 8 ℃ (normal ≥ 8 ℃), it indicates insufficient cooling capacity or insufficient oil flow.
2、 Abnormal vibration and noise (early warning)
Vibration acceleration greater than 2.5 m/s ² (normal<2.5 m/s ²) or sudden increase in high frequency (>1kHz) indicates insufficient oil film stiffness, high impurities, and poor bearing lubrication.
If the noise is greater than 85 dB (A) or there is metal whistling/periodic knocking, it indicates oil film failure, poor gear meshing, or bearing damage.
The appearance of gear meshing frequency sidebands or bearing fault characteristic frequencies in the spectrum indicates insufficient lubrication leading to increased wear.
3、 Abnormal oil level and quantity (basic guarantee)
If the oil level is lower than 1/3 of the oil window or higher than 2/3, it indicates insufficient lubrication or high stirring heat/leakage.
If the deviation between the oil quantity and the calculated value (P (kW) × 0.0035 L) is greater than 20%, it indicates that lack of oil may cause dry friction or excessive temperature rise.
If the oil level drops at a rate greater than 1 mm/day (normal<0.5 mm/day), it indicates seal failure and oil leakage.
Tilted installation (≤ 15 °) does not increase oil volume by 10%~15%, indicating insufficient lubrication of the low-level bearings.
4、 Abnormal oil quality and cleanliness (core indicators)
Viscosity changes greater than ± 15% (normal ± 10%) indicate oil oxidation, shear degradation, and contamination.
Moisture content>0.2% or emulsification (normal<0.1%) indicates a decrease in oil film strength and corrosion of components.
Cleanliness ≥ NAS level 10 (≥ 5 μ m particles ≥ 9400/100mL) (normal ≤ level 8) indicates increased wear and blockage of the oil circuit.
Acid value>1.5 mgKOH/g (normal<1.0 mgKOH/g) indicates oil oxidation and metal corrosion.
Blackening, turbidity, or increased oil sludge indicate overheating, wear, and deterioration of oil quality.
The significant increase in metal particle concentration (spectrum/iron spectrum) indicates abnormal wear caused by lubrication failure.
