Introduction to the four major series of reducers

The four series reducers are one of the many classifications of reducer equipment, consisting of the F series parallel axis helical gear reducers, R series helical gear hard tooth surface reducers (R series coaxial helical gear reducers), K series spiral bevel gear reducers, and S series hard tooth surface worm gear reducers.
1. F series parallel axis helical gear reducer:
The F series reducer is a type of helical gear reducer, which belongs to the category of horizontal coaxial output reducers.
Speed ratio range: Basic type 3.81-281.71, F/R combination type can reach 31434;
Torque range: 200-1800Nm;
Power range: 0.18-200kW.

3. K series spiral bevel gear reducer:
The K series spiral bevel gear reducer is a type of reducer with spiral bevel gear right angle output. Based on the modular combination system, there are numerous motor combinations, installation forms, and structural solutions for design and manufacturing. The models include K37-127, K157, K167, and K187.
4. S series hard tooth surface worm gear reducer:
The S series hard tooth surface worm gear reducer is a special type of reducer equipment among the four major series. Although it is also a helical gear reducer, it adopts the form of a worm gear.
