Selection and installation points
Selection principle: Match the output shaft diameter of the reducer with the frame; When the interface size is consistent, the shaft diameter can fluctuate up/down within a certain range, and non-standard connections can be made with flanges.
Installation method:
No pivot point: equipped with JQ/JJQ clamp type coupling, suitable for mixing with light load and low axial force.
Single pivot point: equipped with HL elastic pin coupling, priority is given when there is no bearing pivot point at the shaft seal.
Double pivot: Used in heavy-duty/high-speed/shaft end deflection sensitive situations, the lower pivot is commonly equipped with a self-aligning roller bearing with a tightening sleeve and a column pin coupling.
Material and environment: gray cast iron HT250 or Q235 welded, with reinforcement in key areas; Surface protection or stainless steel can be used in dusty/humid/corrosive environments.
