Five repair methods for high-speed shaft of reducer

The advantages and disadvantages of five methods for repairing the high-speed shaft of planetary reducer are as follows:


1.Inlay sleeve


Advantages: low price.

Disadvantages: small contact area, short service life and large equipment bounce.


2. Brush plating and spraying


Advantages: small thermal stress, relatively small damage to materials.

Disadvantages: limited wear size, unable to repair on site, easy delamination and high cost.


3. Copper plug


Advantages: low price, fast maintenance.

Disadvantages: small contact area, short service life and large hidden danger.


4. Machining after repair welding


Advantages: low maintenance cost.

Disadvantages: unable to repair repeatedly; Major accidents caused by easily broken shaft; Large hidden danger and high comprehensive cost.
