Electromagnetic design of the 1000V electric motor adopts finite element analysis for optimization. The stator core uses high-grade low-loss silicon steel sheets, stacked precisely to minimize iron loss and magnetic leakage. Stator windings use high-strength enameled wire and undergo vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) treatment. The solidified winding structure improves dielectric strength, thermal stability and resistance to moisture and dust. The medium 1000V voltage level brings lower insulation stress than 6kV or 10kV motors, reducing the risk of partial discharge and simplifying daily electrical inspection. The squirrel cage rotor can be cast aluminum or copper bar structure. Copper bar rotor versions offer stronger mechanical strength, better starting performance and can withstand frequent heavy-load starts, which suits equipment with periodic impact loads.
The motor frame can be cast iron or welded box structure according to power size. Cast iron frames feature good vibration damping and stable performance for medium-power models. Welded box frames are adopted for larger power types, with high rigidity and strong resistance to mechanical shock. The bearing system matches high-quality rolling bearings, and temperature sensors can be embedded in bearings and stator windings as an option. Real-time temperature data can be transmitted to the factory PLC control system to achieve online condition monitoring and over-temperature alarm, avoiding unexpected shutdowns caused by overheating. Multiple cooling modes are available: IC411 self-fan cooling for most conventional indoor environments; IC416 independent external fan cooling for variable speed working conditions; IC611 air-to-air closed cooling for dusty, humid or corrosive workshops.
For environmental adaptability, optional protection grades from IP54 to IP56 prevent dust and splash water from entering the motor interior. Special surface coating can be supplied for coastal salt fog, chemical corrosive gas and underground humid mining environments. The motor supports variable frequency drive operation. Optimized electromagnetic and bearing design suppresses additional heat and vibration generated during variable frequency working, ensuring stable operation under speed regulation scenarios such as water pumps and fans.
