NGW planetary gear reducers are mainly constructed with sun gears, planetary gears, internal ring gears and planet carriers.
In order to evenly distribute the loads of the three planet wheels, a toothed floating mechanism is used, that is, the sun gear or the carrier floats, or both the sun gear and the planet carrier float at the same time. The gears in the reducer are straight-tooth involute cylindrical gears.
