    YX series IE4 / IE5 ultra‑high‑efficiency high‑voltage three‑phase squirrel‑cage asynchronous motors are new‑generation energy‑saving drive equipment developed in accordance with IEC 60034‑30‑1 international efficiency standards. Designed for S1 continuous heavy‑duty operation, this product range covers power output from 220 kW up to 15000 kW. Compared with conventional Y and YKK standard‑efficiency motors, YX series minimizes total losses through upgraded electromagnetic topology, premium magnetic materials and optimized manufacturing processes, achieving IE4 super‑premium efficiency and IE5 ultra‑premium efficiency levels. It responds to global industrial carbon‑reduction requirements and delivers substantial long‑term electricity cost savings. Multiple cooling and protection variants are available to adapt to clean indoor sites as well as dusty, humid and mildly corrosive production environments across heavy‑industry sectors.

    Electromagnetic design adopts multi‑working‑condition finite‑element simulation to cut iron loss, copper loss and stray loss comprehensively. High‑grade ultra‑low‑loss silicon‑steel sheets are adopted for stator‑rotor core laminations to reduce magnetic energy dissipation during full‑load and partial‑load conditions. Stator windings utilize corona‑resistant high‑conductivity copper magnet wire and complete VPI vacuum pressure impregnation processing. The compact solid winding assembly improves dielectric strength, thermal stability and resistance against voltage spikes and electrical aging. For such wide high‑power range, copper‑bar squirrel‑cage rotor is standard configuration. It features low rotor loss, outstanding mechanical strength and excellent starting performance, limiting inrush current while maintaining sufficient starting torque and mitigating grid impact. Each rotor passes high‑precision dynamic balance calibration to keep vibration and noise strictly below IEC threshold across the whole operating power spectrum.

    Modular mechanical architecture supports multiple cooling configurations. IC01 open ventilation fits clean, well‑ventilated power‑plant auxiliary workshops; IC611 air‑to‑air closed cooling and IC81W air‑to‑water cooling are deployed for mines, cement plants and chemical workshops with heavy dust or moisture. The welded rigid steel‑plate box frame guarantees structural stiffness against heavy‑load shock and frequent start‑stop cycles. Bearing selection follows power rating: heavy‑duty rolling bearings for medium‑power units, sliding bearings for large‑power specifications. PT100 temperature sensors can be embedded in stator windings and bearing housings as optional configuration, feeding real‑time temperature data to central control system for remote condition monitoring and over‑temperature early warning. Space heaters can be equipped to prevent winding condensation during stand‑by periods. Variable‑frequency‑ready modification is available; matched independent blower eliminates insufficient cooling risk under low‑speed variable‑speed operation. Customization options include high‑altitude adaptation, tropical anti‑humidity anti‑corrosion coating, special terminal‑box layout and double‑shaft extension according to site requirements.

    As high‑value energy‑saving upgrade solution, YX IE4 / IE5 motors are widely applied in thermal power, water conservancy, mining, metallurgy, petrochemical and building‑material industries. Typical driven equipment includes large‑capacity fans, circulating water pumps, compressors, ball mills and heavy‑duty belt conveyors. Although initial procurement cost is higher than ordinary high‑voltage motors, the ultra‑high‑efficiency performance brings remarkable power‑consumption reduction, and investment payback period can be realized within several years for 24‑hour continuous‑running facilities. Before delivery, every unit undergoes complete factory acceptance tests, including insulation resistance test, high‑voltage withstand test, no‑load running test, efficiency measurement, vibration and noise inspection.
