Electromagnetic design for both series is optimized via finite element simulation. The stator core is laminated with premium low‑loss silicon steel sheets to minimize iron loss, stray loss and magnetic leakage during long‑time full‑load running. Stator windings use high‑strength electromagnetic wires and go through VPI vacuum pressure impregnation treatment. The integrated winding structure provides excellent dielectric strength, corona‑resistance and thermal‑aging resistance, capable of enduring voltage fluctuation and repeated startup impact from high‑voltage power grid. Cast‑aluminum rotor is cost‑effective for medium‑power models, while copper‑bar rotor offers superior mechanical strength, lower loss and better starting performance for large‑power heavy‑load conditions. Structural differences define their applicable scenarios. Y series open‑ventilation IC01 structure inhales fresh ambient air and discharges hot air directly. It features high cooling efficiency and low cost, yet the IP23 open layout cannot block fine dust and moisture. Thus Y series is only recommended for clean pump houses, power plant auxiliary workshops and well‑ventilated indoor sites. YKK adopts welded rigid steel‑plate box frame and top‑mounted air‑to‑air cooler. Two fully independent air loops are arranged inside: internal hot air circulates within sealed cavity and exchanges heat with external cool air through heat exchanger. Since internal air circuit is completely isolated from workshop atmosphere, dust, smoke and damp gas cannot contaminate windings and iron core, greatly reducing insulation fouling and extending service life.
Bearing configuration is selected according to power rating. Medium‑power units adopt heavy‑duty rolling bearings; large‑power models are equipped with sliding bearings. PT100 temperature sensors can be embedded in stator windings and bearing chambers as optional configuration, feeding real‑time temperature signals to central control system for remote monitoring and over‑temperature early warning. Space heaters can be installed to prevent condensation moisture during motor shutdown.
