Reasons and solutions for cracking of hard-tooth surface reducer box

Hard tooth reducer is a widely used equipment in the field of mechanical transmission, with characteristics such as high strength, high precision, and high efficiency. However, during use, the hard tooth surface reducer box may sometimes crack, posing a safety hazard to mechanical transmission. This article will explore the reasons for the cracking of the hard tooth surface gearbox body, to help users better use and maintain the gearbox.
1、 Material issues
The material of the hard tooth reducer housing has a significant impact on its strength and durability. If the material quality of the gearbox body is poor, such as impurities and uneven internal structure, it will lead to a decrease in the fatigue strength of the gearbox body, which will cause cracking.
