What are the installation stiffness adjustment cases of DCYK180F-35.5-INA gear reducer?

The typical cases of adjusting the installation stiffness of DCYK180F-35.-INA gear reducer mainly focus on insufficient foundation stiffness, alignment deviation, bolt loosening, and resonance problems. These problems often lead to increased vibration, bearing damage, and gear misalignment in actual working conditions.

Based on industry practice and technical data, the following are several typical adjustment cases:

1. Insufficient basic stiffness leads to overall shaking
When installing the DCYK180F-35.-INA reducer in a certain cement plant, a lightweight steel frame platform was used as the base without adding reinforcement bars. After operation, it was found that the vibration value of the equipment exceeded the standard, and it was detected that the base had undergone elastic deformation under load. After rectification, longitudinal and transverse strengthening ribs were installed and fixed with secondary grouting, which increased the stiffness of the foundation and reduced vibration to the qualified range.

2. Poor alignment of the shaft system causes additional bending moment
In a mining conveying system, the radial runout of the motor and reducer coupling during centering reaches 0.12mm, far exceeding the standard (≤ 0.05mm). After forced assembly, abnormal temperature rise of the output shaft bearing and gear eccentric wear occurred in the short term. After readjusting the laser alignment instrument to a radial runout of ≤ 0.04mm and an end face runout of ≤ 0.025mm, it runs smoothly.

3. Improper pre tightening of anchor bolts leads to connection failure
A steel mill's rolling line reducer broke multiple bolts after three months of operation due to the failure to tighten the anchor bolts in stages according to torque and the use of anti loosening gaskets. Afterwards, a symmetrical step-by-step pre tightening process (initial tightening → re tightening → final tightening) was adopted, and double nuts were installed to prevent loosening. At the same time, the torque was regularly rechecked to completely solve the loosening problem.

4. Resonance phenomenon misjudged as equipment failure
A DCYK180F-35.-INA experienced severe vibration in a specific speed range, and it is preliminarily judged to be a gear failure. Through modal analysis, it was found that the fundamental natural frequency is close to the gear meshing frequency, causing resonance. By adding mass blocks to the base to change the system frequency and optimizing the operating speed range, resonance points can be effectively avoided.

5. Insufficient support of the box body causes meshing misalignment
In the application of a crane in a certain port, the cantilever of the reducer output shaft is too long and there is no intermediate support, which causes the shaft to bend and the gear meshing position to shift when overloaded. After installing an external bearing seat, the stiffness of the shaft system is significantly improved, and the contact spots are restored evenly.
