Many friends will not be able to turn on the machine in low temperature environment during use. In this case, as long as the equipment is moved to a room with high temperature or the reducer is heated locally, the equipment can work normally when it can also generate heat.
The reasons why the servo planetary reducer can not be started at low temperature are divided into several aspects:
First of all, the gear oil we use has a low freezing point, which will harden when the ambient temperature is low, making the reducer unable to operate.
Secondly, the internal parts of the reducer are affected by thermal expansion and cold shrinkage under low temperature environment. The metal materials of different parts are different, and the degree of cold shrinkage is also different. The fastening part and contact surface of the parts can produce greater friction, which makes the servo planetary reducer easy to get stuck.
Finally, the metal shell of the reducer may also have an impact on it. In the extremely low temperature environment, the poor quality of the reducer shell will also make the parts of the servo planetary reducer unable to work properly. If the reducer is forced to rotate, it will cause serious wear of the reducer, and even cause the casing to break.
