How to solve the situation of early pitting of cycloid reducer. Pitting corrosion must be related to lubricating oil, and it is also closely related to the material of the cycloid reducer. There will be certain processing specifications in the usual use process. Another point is that it is caused by local overload caused by poor gear contact. The local overload of the gear makes the actual contact stress greatly exceed the allowable contact stress of the gear material. Some gears cannot reach full tooth length contact or only have contact on the teeth. contact at one end or even diagonally. 


The influence of materials and processing specifications The correct selection of gear materials, the matching of the operating load, and the selection and matching of heat treatment hardness are also factors that affect early pitting corrosion. 2. The influence of lubricating oil Due to the unreasonable lubrication of gear transmission and the unsuitable choice of lubricant, it is also the cause of early pitting corrosion. Ways to prevent early pitting of cycloid reducer gears: 1. Reasonable lubrication of gear reducer transmission and selection of appropriate lubricants. 


Improve the gear installation accuracy of the reducer to ensure the contact accuracy of the gears. For the center drive cycloidal pinwheel reducer, if there is no good investigation during assembly and installation, there may be asynchronicity between the left and right transmissions, and the load sharing effect is poor. In this case, one side of the transmission The gear may not bear the load, while the transmission gear on the other side is overloaded (up to 2 times the design load), which can easily cause progressive early pitting corrosion on the tooth surface.
