What is the vibration value of P2SA28 planetary gearbox during normal operation
P2SA28 belongs to the P series planetary gearbox, and currently there is no specific vibration value standard for this particular model. However, based on the parameters of its P series product and industry standards, the vibration value during normal operation can be referred to as vibration displacement ≤ 20 μ m, accompanied by general indicators of vibration speed and acceleration to assist in judgment, as follows:Vibration displacement: Some manufacturers clearly indicate that the vibration displacement of the P series planetary reducer is ≤ 20 μ m, which can intuitively reflect the physical offset degree of equipment vibration. P2SA28 can follow this standard. If the measured displacement exceeds this value, there may be problems such as gear meshing deviation or bearing wear.

Vibration speed: Referring to the requirements of GB/T 39523-2020 for precision planetary gearboxes, it is recommended to control the effective value of the vibration speed of P2SA28 at rated load to ≤ 1.8mm/s; Under no-load conditions, it can be further tightened to ≤ 1.12mm/s, which is a reasonable range to ensure its transmission accuracy and component life. If in transient operating conditions such as starting and braking, the vibration speed may briefly increase, but it needs to decay to below the standard value corresponding to the rated load within 1 second.
Vibration acceleration: According to the general industrial standards, the root mean square value of vibration acceleration during normal operation of planetary gearboxes for general industrial use should not exceed 5m/s ², and P2SA28 can be referred to accordingly. Especially in impact scenarios such as forward and reverse switching, it is necessary to ensure that the peak acceleration does not exceed 50m/s ² to avoid hidden damage to gears and bearings caused by impact vibration.
