Provide detailed solutions for situations where lubricating oil is added too much or too little:1、 Specific solution for overfilling (core: drain excess oil and restore standard oil level)
1. Shutdown cooling: Immediately shut down the machine and wait for the lubricating oil inside the worm gear box to cool down to below 40 ℃ (to prevent high-temperature oil discharge burns, and the oil level is stable at room temperature with precise oil discharge);
2. Standardized oil discharge: Place the reducer in a horizontal installation state, unscrew the oil drain plug at the bottom of the box, slowly discharge excess oil, and continuously observe the oil level window until the oil level stabilizes between the 1/2~2/3 markings of the oil level window (the core standard oil level of this model, taking into account lubrication and heat dissipation). Immediately tighten the oil drain plug to prevent impurities from entering;
Note: If the position of the oil drain plug is too low, it can be refilled by unscrewing the top vent plug to accelerate the oil discharge speed. After draining, wipe the oil stains around the oil drain port to ensure sealing;
3. Cleaning up oil leakage: If the oil seal leaks due to high oil level, use a clean cloth to wipe the oil seal and output/input shaft neck oil stains. After checking that the oil seal lip is not aging or deformed, there is no need to replace it. After the oil level is restored, the oil leakage will stop on its own;
4. Trial operation verification: Add new lubricating oil of the same model to the standard level (if too much oil is discharged), tighten the vent plug, and conduct a no-load test run for 10-15 minutes. Observe the change in oil temperature. If the temperature rise is ≤ 10 ℃, conduct a load test run for another 30 minutes. If the oil temperature stabilizes below 60 ℃ and there is no oil stirring noise, it is considered a successful troubleshooting;

5. Follow up protection: Record the amount of oil discharged this time, and ensure quantitative control during subsequent refueling to avoid excessive amounts again.
2、 Specific solution for insufficient filling (core: replenish qualified lubricating oil to the standard oil level, repair lubrication failure parts)
1. Emergency stop: If there is a dry grinding noise, stop the machine immediately and prohibit further operation (to prevent the worm gear teeth and bearings from sticking or burning due to dry friction, causing irreversible damage);
2. Cleaning the filling port: Unscrew the top filling plug and vent plug of the box, wipe the threads of the filling port and plug with a clean cloth to prevent dust and oil from entering the box with lubricating oil;
3. Quantitative oil replenishment: Select L-CKE/P220 extreme pressure worm gear special oil (under normal working conditions) that is compatible with this model, slowly add oil to the oil filling port, while observing the oil level window until the oil level stabilizes between the 1/2~2/3 mark, and then stop adding oil;
Note: If dry grinding occurs before stopping the machine, manually rotate the output shaft several times after filling to ensure that the lubricating oil fully infiltrates the worm gear meshing surface and bearing raceway, eliminating the hidden danger of local dry friction;
4. Check the wear condition: If the deficiency is severe (the oil level is more than 1/2 lower than the lower marking line), the end cover needs to be opened before the load test run to check that the worm gear teeth are not glued and the bearings are not eroded. If there is slight wear, it can continue to be used and the oil change cycle can be shortened; If the wear is severe, repair or replace the parts before operation;
