Advantages and uses of hard tooth surface gear reducer

The hard toothed cylindrical gear reducer includes parts such as gears, shafts, bearings, and bearing end caps. With the continuous improvement of CNC machining technology, the production trend of cylindrical gear reducers is becoming increasingly automated, precise, and networked. Cylindrical gear reducer is an independent transmission device suitable for the prime mover and working machine of agricultural machinery. Hard tooth surface reducers often perform deceleration work on large machinery.
The advantages of hard tooth surface reducers
The scheme design of the transmission gear in the transmission system is based on two aspects: the pressure of the shaft sleeve neck and the tensile strength of the transmission gear, which greatly improves the compressive strength and accuracy of the transmission gear in the transmission system. This can greatly reduce the net weight of the reducer and make it smaller.
The cylindrical gear reducer has the characteristics of high precision, high load, high efficiency, long service life, low inertia, low vibration, low noise, beautiful appearance, light and small structure, and easy installation, which are highly welcomed by customers.
The gears of the hard tooth reducer are made through multiple quenching processes, and the hardness can reach 58-62HRC, which is 40HRC higher than that of the soft tooth reducer. Gears can withstand greater torque and impact loads. Due to the use of gear reduction, it has high transmission efficiency.
What is the principle of a hard tooth surface gear reducer
The following points should be noted during the use of cylindrical gear reducers
When refueling, pay attention to the amount of oil to ensure that the gearbox is lubricated correctly,
Connect the cooling water control valve to the cooling water outlet pipeline of the cooler, and install a bypass valve directly connected to the oil tank on the connection pipeline between the filter and the reducer. The hydraulic transmission system of the hard tooth surface reducer is very complete in this way. Through this system, the working condition of the reducer can be seen very intuitively, making it easy to adjust. With traditional systems, the reducer can complete its work smoothly.
Heating up the bearings of the hard tooth reducer can lead to adverse consequences. The bearing of the hard tooth surface reducer is heated and overheated, which is equivalent to repeating a heat treatment. The original crystal structure will change, causing the bearing to lose its original hardness and wear resistance. Continuing to use will cause the surface of the bearing to fall off quickly, and in severe cases, the bearing will turn black and eventually be scrapped. So what is the reason for the heating of the hard tooth surface reducer bearings? The overheating of the bearings of the hard tooth reducer may be caused by abnormal heat dissipation or insufficient cooling. This may be due to insufficient cooling or blockage of the water pipe causing insufficient water pressure to prevent normal operation, which can lead to overheating of the bearings of the hard toothed reducer.
The running in period of the cylindrical gear reducer has ended, and the machine should be subjected to mandatory maintenance, inspection and adjustment work should be done well, while paying attention to the replacement of oil
When installing a hard tooth reducer, it should be noted that it can only be installed on a flat, shock-absorbing, and torsion resistant support structure. Under no circumstances is it allowed to use a hammer to drive pulleys, couplings, small gears, or sprockets onto the output shaft, as this will damage the bearings and shaft.
