Talking about the small skills of reducer

There are some tips for using the reducer to make your reducer better:

1. After 200~300 hours of operation, the oil shall be changed for the first time, and the quality of oil shall be checked regularly in future use. The oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced in time. Generally, for the reducer that has been in continuous operation for a long time, the oil shall be replaced once a year or 5000 hours of operation. For the reducer that has been out of service for a long time, the oil shall also be replaced before re operation. The reducer shall be filled with oil of the same brand as the original one, and shall not be mixed with oils of different brands. Oils of the same brand but with different viscosity are allowed to be mixed;

2. When changing the oil, wait until the reducer cools down and there is no danger of combustion, but keep it warm, because the viscosity of the oil increases after complete cooling, making it difficult to drain the oil. Attention: cut off the power supply of the transmission device to prevent inadvertent power on;

3. During operation, when the temperature rise of oil exceeds 80 ℃ or the temperature of oil pool exceeds 100 ℃ and abnormal noise is generated, stop using. Check the cause, eliminate the fault, and replace the lubricating oil before continuing operation;

4. The user shall have reasonable use and maintenance rules and regulations, carefully record the operation of the reducer and the problems found in it, and strictly implement the above provisions.
