The differences in maintenance and repair of parallel axis, orthogonal axis, vertical and horizontal gearbox bodies:

Parallel axis box body: During installation, it is necessary to ensure the parallelism and coaxiality of the input shaft and output shaft to ensure the smoothness and reliability of gear transmission. During maintenance, the main focus is on checking the wear of gears, lubrication and clearance of bearings, and regularly replacing lubricating oil and filters.


Direct axis box body: During installation, in addition to ensuring the verticality of the input shaft and output shaft, attention should also be paid to the meshing clearance and contact spots of bevel gears or worm gears. During maintenance, attention should also be paid to the condition of gears and bearings, as well as the lubrication and sealing of transmission components.


Vertical box: During installation, ensure the verticality and stability of the box to prevent vibration or tilting from affecting the normal operation of the equipment. During maintenance, attention should be paid to the support structure of the box and the fastening of the anchor bolts, as well as the level and quality of the lubricating oil.
Horizontal box: Installation is relatively simple, just ensure the levelness and stability of the box. During maintenance, the main focus is on checking the appearance of the casing, the looseness of the connecting bolts, and the leakage of lubricating oil. At the same time, regular maintenance is carried out on the gears and bearings.
