Insufficient lubrication or poor oil quality are common causes, and the lubrication system should be checked in a timely manner, while also checking the condition of components such as gears and bearings.

Oil leakage: If oil stains are found at the joint of the reducer housing and the oil seal, it indicates that oil leakage has occurred. This will lead to a decrease in the amount of lubricating oil, affecting the lubrication effect. It is necessary to promptly check whether the seals are aging, damaged, and whether the oil plugs are loose, and take corresponding measures.
