What to do with the DC resistance fault of the gear reducer motor?

It is mainly due to poor welding quality and open welding of welding points. For other wire materials and operations, there are also the following electromagnetic wire standards, winding defects, winding connection, rewinding coil technology, wire cracking and other factors.


1、 Gear reducer motor electromagnetic wire standard


1. The thickness of the electromagnetic wire is uneven, one section is qualified, and one section is unqualified.

2、 Gear reducer motor winding defects


1. The winding of the gear reducer motor (gear reducer motor) is short circuited between turns.

2. There are two or more touching points between the winding and the casing, causing grounding fault.


3、 Winding connection


1. The winding elements are not connected correctly.

2. The connecting wire, lead length or sectional area of the gear reducer motor do not meet the requirements. Check the connection rules of winding components, correct the connection rules, and correct the components with connection faults. Check the length, standard and sectional area of the connecting line, leader, and correct those that do not meet the requirements.

5、 Wire cracking


1. There are cracks in parallel wound conductors or conductors in parallel branches.

2. The welding part of parallel wire is cracked.

3. The lead wire of the coil or the wire at the bend is cracked


Use the appearance to check, and gently swing the wire. The appearance pointer will swing with it. It is not convenient to check the wire crack with a test lamp or insulation resistance meter. After checking, weld it from the beginning.
