How to judge whether the zq750-23.34 gear reducer is operating normally during the trial operation
During the trial operation, a comprehensive evaluation can be conducted from the following aspects to determine whether the ZQ750-23.34 gear reducer is operating normally:1、 Sound inspection
Normal operating sound: The gearbox should emit a smooth, uniform, and low humming sound.
Abnormal sound: Monitor for sharp whistling, periodic impact sounds, or uneven "rustling" sounds. These abnormal noises usually indicate problems such as poor gear meshing, damaged bearings, or insufficient lubrication.
2、 Temperature monitoring
Temperature standard: During operation, the temperature of the bearing is a key indicator. It is usually required that the bearing temperature should not exceed 70 ℃, or the temperature rise (the difference between equipment temperature and ambient temperature) should not exceed 40 ℃.
Inspection method: Infrared thermometers can be used to measure the temperature of the bearing seat and housing surface, ensuring uniform temperature and no local abnormal hot spots.

3、 Vibration assessment
Vibration standard: The reducer should operate smoothly without abnormal vibration. During trial operation, it is usually required that the vibration values of both the motor and the reducer be within 0.10mm.
Inspection method: Use a hand feel (pay attention to safety) or a simple vibration meter to feel the vibration of the box and bearing seat. Abnormal vibration may be caused by loose anchor bolts, poor alignment of couplings, or damage to internal components.
4、 Lubrication and Sealing
Oil level check: Ensure that the lubricating oil level is within the range of the oil gauge or dipstick. Low oil level can lead to insufficient lubrication, while high oil level may cause agitation heating and oil leakage.
Leakage inspection: Carefully inspect the various sealing parts of the gearbox, such as the joint surface of the housing, the bearing end cover, and the shaft seal of the input/output shaft, to confirm that there is no oil leakage or seepage.
5、 Fastener inspection
Check and confirm that all key fasteners such as anchor bolts and box connection bolts are not loose.
6、 Trial operation process
It is recommended to conduct trial operation in the following three stages, with each stage running for no less than 30 minutes, and observe whether all indicators are normal:
Single machine no-load trial operation: Run without load, mainly checking for sound, vibration, temperature, and sealing conditions.
Load and no-load trial operation: Connect the load but do not perform actual work, further observe the operating status.
Heavy load test run: Run under actual working load to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the reducer.
