How to solve the early pitting corrosion of gear reducer

How to solve the early pitting corrosion of the reducer. Pitting must be related to lubricious oils and is also closely related to transmission data. Common usage procedures must deal with standards. Another point is that the gears don't form part of the overload very well. The partial overload of the gear makes the actual contact stress greatly exceed the allowable contact stress of the gear data. Some gears do not reach full tooth length or only reach tooth length.

First, the influence of data and processing standards The correct selection of gear data and the matching of the applied load, and the selection and matching of heat treatment hardness are also the reasons that affect the previous pitting corrosion. Early methods to prevent gear pitting: 


(1) Reasonable smoothness of gear reducer transmission and selection of suitable smoothing agent. (2) Improve the accuracy of the reducer gearbox to ensure the contact accuracy of the gears. For center-driven reducers, if the requirements for equipment and equipment are not high, the left and right gearboxes may be out of sync and the load will be poor. In this case, one side drive gear may not be affected. load, while the other side of the gearbox gear is overloaded (up to 2 times the planned load), which can easily lead to gradual pre-corrosion on the tooth surface.
