Maintenance points for LF55/LF85/LF92 cooling tower fan reducer

Daily inspection: Professional personnel maintain and manage the fan application, check the operation status every day, and regularly record current, voltage, and other parameters.

Lubricating oil replacement: Replace the lubricating oil every six months, and fill the reducer with oil when not in use. After the fan is newly installed or the gear is replaced, it should be flushed and the oil should be changed after running for 10-15 days. Use N1 100 (GBT5903-1995) medium load industrial gear oil for reducer oil.

Oil temperature control: The oil temperature in the fan should not exceed 86 ℃. If the oil temperature is too high, the machine should be stopped for inspection.

Regular major repairs: major repairs should be conducted once a year, which should include wiping the exposed parts of each component and repainting the areas where paint has peeled off; Check all vulnerable parts and replace those with severe wear. The replacement should comply with relevant technical requirements. The gears inside the gearbox should be replaced in pairs and the mesh clearance adjusted; When replacing blades, the blades should be statically balanced as a whole; After bearing wear, it should be replaced with bearings of the same model.
