Introduce the installation method of WPA120-60 worm gear reducer
The WPA120-60 worm gear reducer is a horizontal structure, with core installation methods including base installation, flange installation, and universal foot installation, suitable for different working conditions and equipment integration requirements.1. Base installation (most commonly used)
Applicable scenarios: General working conditions where the ground/rack is fixed and a stable foundation is required.
Key points for base installation:
Foundation: Concrete/steel structure platform, with a flatness of ≤ 0.1mm/m and sufficient rigidity.
Fixed: Use M16-M20 anchor bolts and tighten diagonally in stages to the specified torque (e.g. M20 approximately 300-400N · m).
Leveling: Level calibration, axial/radial horizontal error ≤ 0.1mm/m; Adjust with steel flat washers and do not use wooden/rubber pads.

Alignment: The input shaft is connected to the motor, and the output shaft is connected to the load with elastic couplings, with radial displacement ≤ 0.1mm and axial tilt ≤ 0.2mm/m.
2. Flange installation
Application scenarios: high-precision transmission, direct connection with motors/equipment, and compact space.
Installation key points:
Flange surface: Clean and smooth, with a gap of ≤ 0.05mm, and apply sealant to prevent leakage.
Bolt: Tighten evenly to ensure coaxiality and rigidity.
Coaxiality: Installation requirements on the same base to ensure smooth transmission.
3. Universal foot installation
Applicable scenarios: Multi directional fixed, non-standard rack, requiring flexible adjustment of installation angle.
Key points for universal foot installation:
Utilize the multi-faceted screw holes of the box body, paired with adjustable footrests/brackets for fixation.
Ensure even force distribution and avoid deformation of the box.
