1、 Hard tooth surface gear reducer

In addition, hard toothed gear reducers have a large load-bearing capacity and can operate in harsh environments such as high temperature, low temperature, and strong corrosion. 2、 Helical gear reducer
A helical gear reducer is also a common gear reduction equipment, which has the characteristics of smooth transmission, low noise, large load-bearing capacity, and long service life. Compared with hard tooth surface gear reducers, the manufacturing process of helical gear reducers is more complex, so their prices are relatively higher. However, the transmission accuracy and efficiency of helical gear reducers are also higher, which can meet some special transmission requirements. In addition, helical gear reducers have a wider range of applications and can be applied to various industrial fields.
3、 The similarities and differences between hard tooth surface gear reducers and helical gear reducers
Although both hard tooth surface gear reducers and helical gear reducers are gear reduction equipment, they have certain differences in transmission principles, structural forms, and performance.
1. Transmission principle: The hard tooth surface gear reducer adopts a parallel axis design, and power transmission is achieved through one or more pairs of meshing straight or helical gears; The helical gear reducer adopts a staggered axis design, which achieves power transmission through a pair of helical gears. Therefore, the transmission stability of hard tooth surface gear reducers is poor, while the transmission stability of helical gear reducers is better.
2. Structural form: The hard tooth surface gear reducer has a simple structure, small volume, and light weight; The helical gear reducer has a more complex structural form, larger volume, and heavier weight. In addition, the manufacturing process of helical gear reducers is more complex and requires higher accuracy.
3. Performance: The hard tooth surface gear reducer has a large load-bearing capacity and can work in harsh environments such as high temperature, low temperature, and strong corrosion; The load-bearing capacity of the helical gear reducer is also relatively large, but the transmission accuracy and efficiency are higher. In addition, the price of hard toothed gear reducers is relatively low, while the price of helical gear reducers is higher.
