The AMI 560L10A is a modular high-voltage squirrel cage asynchronous motor from the AMI series, manufactured in accordance with IEC international standards for heavy-duty continuous industrial applications. This 10-pole model operates at a rated voltage of 10kV, covering a power range of 900kW to 1700kW. With IP55 protection grade and IC611 air-to-air cooling system, it serves as a reliable driving source for low-speed heavy-load equipment in cement, mining, metallurgy, power generation and bulk material handling industries.

Adopting a mature modular design concept, the motor integrates standardized stator core, squirrel cage rotor, bearing assembly, cooler and terminal box modules. Modularization optimizes production efficiency and shortens delivery cycles, while bringing great convenience to on-site overhaul, component replacement and spare parts management. The squirrel cage rotor is produced with high-strength alloy and precision casting technology, and subjected to strict dynamic balance testing. It delivers stable torque output, low vibration and low noise under S1 continuous duty, and can adapt to fluctuating loads and heavy starting conditions in harsh working sites.

The IC611 closed air-to-air cooling system is configured as standard. The internal hot air circulates inside the motor and exchanges heat with external ambient air through the independent cooler. This isolated air circuit avoids dust, humid air and corrosive gas entering the motor cavity to erode windings and iron cores. Combined with the IP55 protection enclosure, the motor can prevent dust accumulation and resist splashing water, which is well suited to dusty, humid and poorly ventilated industrial workshops. The stator winding uses Class F insulation materials with Class B temperature rise limit. PT100 temperature sensors are embedded in windings and bearings for real-time temperature monitoring. Space heaters are optional to suppress condensation and protect insulation during shutdown.

This low-speed high-torque high voltage motor is designed for long-period stable operation under heavy loads. Each motor will undergo a full range of factory tests before delivery, including insulation resistance test, no-load running test, vibration and noise inspection.
