How to control the oil volume of the lubrication system of BWED142-391-3KW cycloidal pinwheel reducer

The BWED142-391-3KW cycloidal pinwheel reducer usually adopts oil bath lubrication method. The oil volume of its lubrication system can be controlled by referring to the following methods:

Oil level standard: The oil level should be kept at 1/2 to 2/3 of the oil window or just below the plastic oil cup. There is also a standard that the oil level should be around 2mm from the centerline of the oil window. Please refer to the equipment manual for details.

Refueling method: When refueling, unscrew the ventilation cap on the upper part of the gearbox to inject lubricating oil.

Oil level inspection: Regularly observe the oil level height through the oil window, and also pay attention during operation. If the oil level is found to be below the standard range, it is necessary to replenish the same brand of lubricating oil in a timely manner.

Oil change cycle: The first oil change should be carried out after 300-400 hours of operation of the gearbox. If working continuously for more than 10 hours a day, the lubricating oil should be replaced every 3 months; If working intermittently for less than 10 hours per day, it can be replaced every 6 months.
