What should I do if the output shaft of the reducer is broken?

After the output shaft of the reducer is broken, it needs to be welded. The broken part of the shaft is smoothed out before welding. Together, in order to reduce the welding stress, a certain method is adopted in the planning of the welding groove. The following describes the correction method for the cracking of the output shaft of the reducer: First, plan the U-shaped groove according to the cracking condition and the diameter of the part. The groove has a width of 20mm and a depth of 37mm. In order to make the shape of the groove common, the end face of the split portion is flattened, and a forming tool is used for groove processing. 


To prevent stress build-up, all parts of the groove should be rounded to reduce the proportion of base metal that melts into the weld metal to prevent weld cracking. The welding gap also has an important influence on the welding quality. If the gap is too small, defects such as incomplete penetration or excessive welds may occur, and if the gap is too large, it is easy to burn through. The shaft gap is selected as 2mm. 


(1) Correct the planning of the cycloid reducer; (2) Strictly control the coaxiality between the motor shaft and the input shaft of the cycloid reducer during equipment maintenance to meet the specified requirements; (3) In the planning When using a cycloidal reducer with a parallel axis, try to use a cycloidal reducer with a vertical axis; (4) When selecting a cycloidal reducer, calculate the radial (5) When selecting the number of poles of the motor, a six-pole motor should be selected as much as possible. A motor with a synchronous speed of 1000 rpm is used as the drive motor, which can reduce the vibration of the coupling when rotating at high speed, especially in the case of high power. For driving equipment, such as power equipment with a power greater than 90kW, it is best to use a low-speed motor, and the price of the motor will be higher than that of a four-pole motor.
