What to pay attention to when installing the output shaft of XLD18-43-4KW cycloidal pinwheel reducer

When installing the output shaft of XLD18-43-4KW cycloidal pinwheel reducer, the following aspects should be noted:

Preparation work: Confirm that the reducer model and specifications match the actual requirements, prepare the necessary tools for installation, such as copper bars, wrenches, vernier calipers, etc., as well as a clean workspace, appropriate amount of lubricating oil, and possible seals and other accessories.

Bearing installation: Install two bearings onto the output shaft. During the installation process, only gently tap the bearings with a copper rod or use specialized bearing installation tools such as a hydraulic press to prevent damage to the bearing bracket.

Installation of output shaft and machine base:

Ensure coaxiality: First, level the machine base with wood and keep it at a certain height from the ground for easy operation. When installing the output shaft with bearings into the machine base, special attention should be paid to ensuring the coaxiality between the output shaft and the machine base hole. A square wooden block can be placed at the center of the output shaft, and then a copper rod can be used to knock the output shaft into the support until it reaches the predetermined position. During the tapping process, it is necessary to constantly check the position and coaxiality of the output shaft, and adjust it in a timely manner if there is any deviation.

Attention to protection: During installation, pay attention to the protection of the output shaft and the machine base to avoid damaging the surface of the shaft and the inner wall of the machine base hole. For example, when inserting the output shaft into the machine base hole, ensure that there are no impurities, burrs, etc. on the shaft to prevent scratching the mating surface.

Installation of connectors: When installing couplings, pulleys, sprockets, and other connectors on the output shaft, direct vertical impact force method is not allowed because the output shaft structure of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer cannot withstand axial vertical impact force. The correct approach is to use the shaft end screw hole to screw in the screw, and press the connecting part into place through the pressure of the screw. When installing connectors, pay attention to aligning the keyway to ensure the concentricity and perpendicularity of the connectors after installation, in order to avoid additional vibration and wear during operation.

Oil seal installation: When installing the oil seal, pay attention to the correct direction and ensure that the oil seal is tightly attached to the surface of the output shaft without any gaps. A small amount of lubricating oil can be applied to the lip of the oil seal for installation and to prevent damage to the lip.

Overall calibration: After installation, manually rotate the output shaft to check for flexible rotation, any jamming or abnormal resistance. At the same time, check whether the axial clearance of the output shaft meets the requirements, and make appropriate adjustments if necessary. It is also necessary to check whether the installation of each component is firm and whether the connecting bolts are tightened.
