How to improve the heat dissipation conditions of RF87-216.54-0.75KW hard tooth gear reducer

To improve the heat dissipation conditions of RF87-216.54-0.75KW reducer, the following methods can be referred to:

Choose suitable lubricating oil: Use high-quality, high thermal stability, and viscosity suitable for the working conditions of the gearbox to reduce internal friction and heat generation. Regularly inspect and replace the lubricating oil to avoid aging and affecting heat dissipation.

Increase heat dissipation area: Design the surface of the gearbox housing in the shape of heat dissipation fins, or install external heat sinks such as oil coolers and air coolers to improve heat dissipation efficiency.

Strengthen ventilation: Install ventilation systems or fans to ensure air circulation, avoid the gearbox working in high temperature and enclosed environments, and maintain good ventilation and suitable temperature in its working environment.

Adopting a water cooling system: If the working environment of the reducer is harsh, a water cooling system can be used to transfer heat to the water through a water cooler and discharge it, in order to achieve a more efficient cooling effect.

Optimize load: Reasonably arrange work tasks to avoid prolonged overloading of the decelerator, allowing it to operate within the rated load range to reduce heat generation.

Choose materials with good thermal conductivity: Consider using materials with good thermal conductivity (such as aluminum alloy, copper alloy, etc.) to manufacture the gearbox housing or components, in order to improve heat dissipation efficiency.

Installation of temperature sensor: Install the temperature sensor and link it with the alarm system. Once the temperature exceeds the safe range, the system will automatically alarm and take protective measures, such as reducing the load or stopping the machine for inspection, to prevent high temperature damage to the equipment.

Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly inspect the gearbox to ensure sufficient lubricating oil, intact sealing, clean radiator, and promptly remove dust, oil stains, and other debris to maintain good heat dissipation effect.
