1. Cycloidal reducers generally need to be installed on a horizontal surface with a tilt of no more than 10 °. If there is a special need for a tilt of more than 10 °, please contact our company before use to discuss relevant matters together.

2. When connecting the input shaft and output shaft with the power and supporting machinery, if a coupling is used, it is required that the shaft be strictly aligned with the shaft, and there should be no non concentricity. The use of triangular belts and chains should not be too tight or too loose.

3. The installation foundation should be firm and reliable, without vibration or looseness. The fixing screws should be strictly selected in accordance with relevant standards and regulations. 4. Installation screws should be checked periodically for tightness and secure fixation, and spring washers should be used as much as possible.

2、 Lubrication

1. Gear reducers generally use oil pool lubrication. Before use, it is important to add medium extreme pressure gear oil N220 or N320 to the specified position (20-30mm above the lowest tooth) and regularly replenish it.

2. After the first 50 hours of use, the oil should be replaced immediately and the internal oil stains of the body should be cleaned thoroughly. Afterwards, it should be thoroughly replaced every three months.

3. Please replace the oil seal as soon as possible due to oil leakage.
