ZJY150-25-L is a shaft mounted hard toothed cylindrical gear reducer widely used in the transmission system of mechanical equipment such as belt conveyors and bucket elevators. Installation form: The hollow output shaft is directly hung on the input shaft of the host, connected by a expansion ring without a key, and fixed to the shaft seat with an adjustable pull rod, eliminating the need for an installation base and coupling; Under the same torque, the weight is only about 30% of the traditional ZJ type;
2. Gear system: High quality alloy steel, carburizing and quenching+grinding teeth, tooth surface hardness 54-62 HRC, accuracy up to level 6, smooth transmission, low noise;
